Santaquin is one of the most southern cities in Utah County. It is a smaller, developing city with a total area of just 2.6 square miles. Similar to Payson, when searching for a home you will get more bang for your buck for being this far south.

The town hosts a celebration called Orchard Days each year. This festival is similar to the other celebrations in the county that include a rodeo, live entertainment, and parades.
