I've bought and sold a home with Dan's team. I'm currently in the process of buying another home with his team. All of my interactions with the team have been positive and professional. We worked with Dan and his team early this summer. We wanted to buy a new home and sell our current home. He had done a lot of research and showed us comparable sales in our area and we decided to do it. Dan worked hard to get our home listed late that night so it would hit all the agents' radars the next morning (I believe he stayed up until around midnight to make that happen, which is amazing). We had two good showings the next day and an offer the morning after that. The offer was for more than asking price, which we already thought was amazing. With that offer in hand, we went back and submitted a new offer on the house we wanted to purchase, and they accepted. We wanted to make sure everything went smoothly and Dan and his team made sure of it. They kept us informed of the deadlines and helped us through the whole process. We even closed in approximately 3 weeks, which was a whole week ahead of schedule. Things couldn't have gone better. Dan and everyone on his team were awesome. They really hit the ball out of the park on these two transactions. They were all very knowledgable and fun to interact with.
