Growth is happening all along the Wasatch front, but in recent years Vineyard has produced some of the most rapid expansion. From 2010 to 2015, the US census reported Vineyard’s growth of 1,555.4%! Still only at a population of 3,195, the rapid expansion is expected to continue for the next decade or so. Vineyard is unique because it has a rural feel, but is also close to the many amenities a bigger city has to offer. Located just east of Orem and west of Utah Lake, Vineyard is centrally located in the valley with close access to the freeway. With all the development in the valley it’s difficult to find property in such an ideal location.
