Who pays the buyer's agent's commission?

If you're buying a home and working with The Kennedy Group as your Realtors 99 times out of 100 you will NOT end up paying the buyer agent fee. It comes out of the proceeds of the seller of the house. This is a common misconception held by many buyers, especially first-timers. 

The real estate agent's commission is an agreement between the seller and the listing brokerage, which is then shared with the buyer's agent who brings a buyer to the table.
